    Terms of Service

    1. Agreement

    These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VANDR AI ("VANDR AI", "we", "us"), an AI-powered sales efficiency platform. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

    2. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

    3. Accounts and Security

    • You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
    • Keep your password and access key confidential; do not share them.
    • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
    • One account is intended for one user. Access keys are unique per account.

    4. Subscriptions and Payments

    • VANDR AI is offered as modular add-ons that can be combined, or as the bundled VANDR Plus plan.
    • Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are billed per quarter or annually as selected at checkout.
    • Subscriptions grant access to the selected modules for the paid period. Access to unpaid modules may be restricted.
    • Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
    • We may change pricing with notice before your next renewal.

    5. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
    • Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or content you have no right to send.
    • Upload personal data of third parties without a lawful basis or consent.
    • Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to breach the platform's security.
    • Resell or sublicense access to the platform without written permission.

    6. Your Data

    You retain ownership of the content and customer records you add to VANDR AI. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely to operate the service for you. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time from Data & Privacy.

    7. Third-Party Integrations

    Optional integrations such as Google Calendar are connected only with your explicit consent and can be disconnected at any time. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or data handling.

    7a. Pricing and Currency

    All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). If you pay in another currency, the amount charged is converted by your bank, card network, or payment gateway at their prevailing rate at the time of the transaction. Conversion rates change with the market and differ between providers, and your provider may add its own transfer or foreign-exchange fees. VANDR AI does not set, control, or refund those differences. The INR amount shown is the only amount we bill.

    8. AI Features

    AI-generated messages, insights, and scores are provided as suggestions only. They may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content before sending it or acting on it.

    9. Availability

    We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may be added, modified, or removed. We may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access.

    10. Suspension and Termination

    We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, poses a security risk, or is used unlawfully. You may stop using the platform and delete your account at any time.

    11. Disclaimers

    The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

    12. Limitation of Liability

    To the extent permitted by law, VANDR AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.

    13. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

    14. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
