    Accessibility Statement

VANDR AI should be usable by everyone, including people who rely on keyboards, screen readers, magnification or reduced motion.

    Our target

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing effort rather than a one-off certification.

    What is in place today

    • Every interactive control is reachable and operable with a keyboard, with a visible focus ring.
    • A "skip to content" link is the first item in the tab order on every page.
    • Form fields have persistent labels; errors are announced, not conveyed by colour alone.
    • Dialogs and menus trap focus while open and return focus to the trigger on close.
    • Body and heading text meets or exceeds 4.5:1 contrast against the dark canvas.
    • Images and icon-only buttons carry alternative text or accessible names.
    • Pages use one H1 and a logical heading order, with landmark regions for navigation, main and footer.
    • Layouts reflow to 320px width and support browser zoom to 200% without loss of content.

    Known limitations

    • Some wide data tables require horizontal scrolling on small screens.
    • Generated invoice PDFs are visual documents; a structured data export is available from Account data.
    • Charts convey trends visually; the underlying values are also listed as text near each chart.

    Reporting a problem

If something blocks you, tell us what page you were on and what assistive technology you use, and we will prioritise a fix. Email vandrsupport@gmail.com or use the support page. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
