- Watch the numbers. Dashboard and Analytics show revenue, conversion and lead scores.

Getting started
Create an account from Get Started: you'll enter your name, company, age (18+), approve the Terms of Service, and pick the add-ons you want. Sign in afterwards with your email and password.
Everything you do is saved to your account, not just to the browser. Sign in anywhere and your leads, sales, invoices, meetings and notes come with you.
Prefer to look around first? Use Demo Mode from the home page. It unlocks every feature with sample data and never touches a real account.
Leads & customers
- Add a lead with name, email, phone, company and a status (New, Contacted, Qualified, Won, Lost).
- Import in bulk with a CSV. Download the sample file on the Leads page and keep the column headings exactly as-is.
- Contact codes: every contact gets a code like
#0001so two people with the same name never get confused. - Notes & history: open a contact to add timestamped notes. Nothing is overwritten, you get the full history.
- Convert: when a lead buys, convert it to a Customer. The history moves across with it.
- Lead score: calculated from real activity: sales logged, value of those sales, and meetings booked. No sales or meetings means no score.
Sales entry
Sales Entry is the record of what you sold and how it's being paid.
- One-time: a single payment.
- Autopay: a recurring monthly amount; this feeds recurring revenue in Analytics.
- Custom / EMI: you set the amount, how often it recurs, and for how long. Example: an EMI of ₹10,000 per month for 12 months is Amount
10000, Recurring duration (months)1, Total duration (months)12.
Number fields start empty on purpose so you never end up with 12 when you meant to type 2.
GST invoices, templates & discounts
- Invoice settings (once): logo, registered name, address, state, GSTIN and PAN, bank account, IFSC and UPI ID, default terms, signature and authorised signatory, and an invoice number prefix such as
GB/26-27/to number by financial year. - Sales without invoices: the panel at the top of Invoices lists every sale you haven't billed yet. One click pre-fills an invoice from that sale.
- Customer details: company, billing address, GSTIN, place of supply and an optional shipping address. Entering a valid GSTIN fills in the state. VANDR remembers these for the customer's next invoice.
- Items: description, HSN/SAC code, quantity and unit, rate and GST %. Pick a product to fill the price; its HSN code and GST rate are remembered after the first invoice.
- GST is worked out for you: customer in your state means CGST + SGST (half each); another state means IGST. The total is rounded to the rupee, with the round-off shown, and printed in words.
- Discounts: choose Percentage or Flat amount. The discount comes off before tax, as GST rules require, and can never exceed the invoice value.
- Templates: Colour (your brand colour), Classic (black and white, boxed, with an HSN-wise tax summary) or Minimal. Switch any time from the invoice preview; the PDF matches the preview exactly. Paid and cancelled invoices are stamped.
- Statuses: Draft → Sent → Paid (or Overdue). Revenue only counts invoices marked Paid, at their grand total, so tax increases revenue and discounts reduce it. A sale that has been invoiced is never counted twice; unbilled sales still count at face value.
Expenses
Log costs with a category, date and amount. Expenses are subtracted from revenue in Analytics to show real profit, and can be exported as CSV from Data & Privacy.
Meetings & calendar
- Book a meeting with a contact, date, time and duration. Tick the Google Meet option to generate a link automatically; the contact is added as a guest.
- Connect Google Calendar in Settings → Integrations. One Google account per VANDR account.
- Multiple calendars: after connecting, "Calendars to show" lets you tick exactly which Google calendars appear. By default all of them do.
- Deleting works both ways: deleting a meeting in VANDR also removes it from Google Calendar and from your VANDR calendar view.
- Reminders: set minutes-before on any event and VANDR notifies you in-app.
Dashboard & analytics
- Dashboard shows revenue, active leads, upcoming reminders and your performance score. Empty metrics show "-" with a shortcut instead of a fake zero.
- Analytics adds date filters, revenue trends, conversion rates, recurring revenue from autopay sales, and AI-written insights on what to fix next.
Notes
Standalone notes for anything not tied to a contact, plus per-contact notes on each lead and customer. Everything syncs to your account.
AI Email Replies
Paste a message from a lead or customer and get a draft reply in seconds. Before it writes, the AI reads three things: what you tell it about your business, your products and prices, and everything you have on that contact.
- Open AI Replies and fill in Teach the AI your business once: what you do, current offers, payment and delivery terms, tone and sign-off.
- Add your products and prices in Sales entry → Manage Products, and your business name in invoice branding. The AI picks them up automatically.
- Choose a lead or customer, paste what they sent, and press Generate.
- Edit the draft if you like, copy it into your email, then mark it as sent.
It only quotes prices that appear in your products or offers. If a question is not covered, the draft says you will confirm instead of guessing. Always read a draft before you send it.

VANDR is modular: pick only the add-ons you need, like toppings on a pizza. Prices below are per quarter; annual is the quarterly price × 3.
- CRM: Customers, Leads, Notes, ₹239/quarter

Coupon codes: enter a code at checkout. VANDRINSIDERunlocks every feature free of charge and is applied to your account immediately.
Prices are in INR. Conversion rates for non-INR cards change with the market and with your payment provider, so the amount charged in your currency may differ slightly.
Logins and devices
Every plan includes unlimited logins. Sign in to the same account on your laptop, phone and office computer at the same time, and add as many team members' devices as you need. There is no device limit and no extra charge.
Data, privacy & account
- Data & Privacy exports your leads, customers, sales, invoices and expenses as CSV.
- End-to-end encryption: your data is encrypted on your device; only your password or recovery key can open it, not VANDR. Keep the recovery key from sign-up safe, and replace it any time in Settings.
- Delete account permanently deletes your data, the key that could open it, and your support conversations.
- Google tokens and API keys are stored on the server only and are never exposed to the browser.
- Cookie preferences can be changed at any time from the banner or Data & Privacy.
Troubleshooting
- Google Calendar says connected but shows nothing: disconnect and reconnect once in Settings, then hit Refresh under "Calendars to show".
- Revenue looks wrong: check the invoice is marked Paid, and that the underlying sale isn't also being counted as unbilled.
- A page is locked: that add-on isn't in your plan; add it from Settings → Billing.
